By creating an account or using the Mōtto platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The Mōtto platform is owned and operated by TDB Premium Transport LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

2. Services

Mōtto is a luxury transportation technology platform operated by TDB Premium Transport LLC, connecting clients with licensed transportation operators and professional drivers in Las Vegas, Nevada. TDB Premium Transport LLC does not directly provide transportation services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or book rides. By accepting these terms you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Payments & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fares are charged at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by operator. Tips are optional and go 100% to your operator.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat all drivers and operators with respect. Mōtto reserves the right to suspend accounts for abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Liability

Mōtto is not liable for damages arising from transportation services provided by operators. Operators carry their own commercial insurance as required by applicable law.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, payment method) and information generated through your use of the platform (ride history, location during trips, ratings).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to facilitate bookings, process payments, communicate ride updates, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payment Data

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on Mōtto servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the handling of your card data.

4. Location Data

Driver location is collected during active rides to power real-time tracking. Client pickup/dropoff addresses are stored with your booking record. We do not track your location outside of active ride sessions.

5. Data Sharing

We share necessary booking details with your assigned operator and driver. We do not share your data with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.

6. Data Retention

Booking and account data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
